Shelina has worked for Coaching Inn Group for 2 years, having started as sous chef for 8 months before taking over as head chef, but has worked in the catering industry since the age of 17 in other hotels in Lincolnshire.
Shelina enjoys working at The White Hart Hotel, because of the hard working and friendly team. Speaking of her position, Shelina said: “I have learnt a lot since working for the Coaching Inn Group, as they are a company which is keen and active to develop all their employees. It is a great honour to be asked to be the guest author of the Willoughby Road Allotments Recipe Book.”
